Skyla · A Blue Vector Business is a high-technology enterprise dedicated to the research, development, production, sales and operation of eVTOLs, committed to delivering safe and sustainable air mobility for everyone. The company focuses on key technological breakthroughs such as tilt-rotor propulsion, software-defined aircraft system architecture, core flight-control systems, three-phase electrical integration and BMS, as well as structural design. Based on the design philosophy of SIENS, the goal is to create a safe, intelligent, efficient, quiet, and sustainable next-generation air travel solution.
The flagship eVTOL, the Skyla V30, is a six-seat, two-ton intelligent aircraft that adheres strictly to commercial-aviation-level safety standards and employs an open-architecture design. It is a new-generation, fully electric, vertical-take-off-and-landing business aircraft optimized for intercity passenger transport. The V30 is positioned for “mountain-and-sea” intercity routes and adopts a tilt-rotor technology pathway. Skyla’s core team draws talent from AVIC, COMAC, AVIAGE, Collins Aerospace, Alibaba and other leading organizations, bringing comprehensive experience in the R&D, manufacturing and operation of a wide range of platforms-including military aircraft, commercial airliners, rotary-wing aircraft, business jets and eVTOLs.
· In December, driven by deep respect and passion for Advanced Air Mobility, we officially founded Skyla（Skyla is derived from “sky”—the boundless heavens—and “laurel”—a symbol of honor and achievement—signifying that Skyla is not only dedicated to conquering the skies, but also aspires to become a pioneer of excellence in the era of AAM.）—an eVTOL company dedicated to reshaping the future of low altitude transportation. From that moment on, we embarked on a journey to make future air mobility safer, more efficient, and more inspiring.
This year, our dream began to take root:
· In August, Skyla's parent company, Blue Vector, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CAAC Investment Group, marking a pivotal step toward the future of AAM.
· In the same month, Skyla successfully closed its Pre-A+ funding round, raising tens of millions of RMB and gathering greater trust and support.
· In November, we partnered with COMAC Software to co-build an ecosystem alliance, embracing open collaboration and integrating into the innovation fabric of China’s aviation industry.
· In December, Skyla officially launched its Zhuhai Advanced Technology Center, which will serve as the cradle for next-generation intelligent aircraft. Later that same month, our configuration validation aircraft soared into the sky for the first time-successfully completing its maiden flight!
The first light of the new year illuminated a new height.
· In January, another milestone was achieved: Skyla's configuration validation aircraft successfully completed its tilt-transition flight tests!
· In the same month, we secured an additional Pre-A++ round of financing, raising tens of milions of RMB-further solidifying deep recognition from both investors and the market.
