April 23, 2026 — At the “All Things Grow: 2026 West Lake Unicorn Innovation Ecosystem Conference,” Blue Vector, the parent company of Skyla, was successfully selected for the 2026 Zhejiang Provincial Seed Unicorn Enterprise List and officially awarded the title of “West Lake District’s Rising Dragon in Future Industries.”

This milestone marks the 10th anniversary of the “All Things Grow” conference. Since its inaugural event in 2017, this annual gathering has become a barometer of innovation in Zhejiang Province. Each year, it not only celebrates the growth of pioneering companies but also releases three authoritative rankings:

  • Zhejiang Unicorn Enterprises,
  • Future Unicorn TOP 100, and
  • Seed Unicorn TOP 100,

offering a panoramic view of the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem thriving across this dynamic region.

Behind this flourishing landscape lies a widely embraced promise in Zhejiang:
“We provide the sunshine and rain—you focus on growing strong.”

The government delivers “sunshine and rain” through policy support, financial guidance, and platform building; enterprises achieve “robust growth” via technological breakthroughs, talent investment, and product realization. Complemented by Zhejiang’s mature market mechanisms and comprehensive industrial chain ecosystem—acting as air and soil—this synergy creates an innovation rainforest where “all things grow.”

Blue Vector is one such seedling, freshly sprouting from this fertile ground.

Rising Dragon, New Skies

The title “Rising Dragon” symbolizes potential, breakthrough, and future leadership.

Since its inception, Blue Vector · Skyla has remained singularly focused on one mission: building truly viable urban air vehicles to aviation-grade engineering standards.

We don’t build concept aircraft—we engineer a complete, globally compliant intelligent flight system. From flight control architecture to energy management, from structural safety to human-machine interaction, every component is meticulously crafted by core aerospace engineers who previously contributed to national flagship programs like the COMAC C919.

This unwavering commitment to system-level safety is the very foundation of our rapid growth in the emerging blue ocean of the low-altitude economy.

2026: From Blueprint to Sky

This year is pivotal for Skyla.

Our flagship eVTOL product, the Skyla V30, is set to complete assembly of its full-scale technology demonstrator and aims for maiden flight by year-end. This isn’t just a technical milestone—it’s a crucial step in turning our vision for urban air mobility from “imagination” into “reality.”

Designed for premium urban business travel, the Skyla V30 integrates vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL), tilt-rotor technology, all-electric propulsion, and the IIS Intelligent Integrated System, delivering a safe, efficient, and whisper-quiet aerial commuting experience. Behind it stands a fully independent, end-to-end aircraft development system—a testament to our confidence in “Made in China” breaking new ground in high-end aviation.

Growing Toward the Light, Shaping the Low-Altitude Future Together

We are deeply honored by this recognition—and even more aware of the responsibility it entails.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the West Lake District and Zhejiang Province for their steadfast support of hard-tech enterprises, and to every partner who believes in the dream of low-altitude mobility. As the conference theme reminds us—“All Things Grow”—true innovation never rises in isolation; it flourishes through symbiosis within a thriving ecosystem.

Skyla aspires to be that upward-growing seed—taking root and spreading wings in the rich soil of policy, industry, and technology—to contribute solidly to the development of China’s low-altitude economy.

The sky is not far. The future is here.
