April 23, 2026 — At the “All Things Grow: 2026 West Lake Unicorn Innovation Ecosystem Conference,” Blue Vector, the parent company of Skyla, was successfully selected for the 2026 Zhejiang Provincial Seed Unicorn Enterprise List and officially awarded the title of “West Lake District’s Rising Dragon in Future Industries.”
This milestone marks the 10th anniversary of the “All Things Grow” conference. Since its inaugural event in 2017, this annual gathering has become a barometer of innovation in Zhejiang Province. Each year, it not only celebrates the growth of pioneering companies but also releases three authoritative rankings:
offering a panoramic view of the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem thriving across this dynamic region.

Designed for premium urban business travel, the Skyla V30 integrates vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL), tilt-rotor technology, all-electric propulsion, and the IIS Intelligent Integrated System, delivering a safe, efficient, and whisper-quiet aerial commuting experience. Behind it stands a fully independent, end-to-end aircraft development system—a testament to our confidence in “Made in China” breaking new ground in high-end aviation.
