Today, SKYLA's Shanghai Systems Engineering Center officially launches its new office space!
Located on the 10th floor of the Leap Center in Minhang District, Shanghai, this tech landmark reborn from the old site of Shanghai's well-known Leap Beer Factory now serves as a new engine for our deep dive into systems engineering and accelerating the realization of complete aircraft.
Since moving into Leap in early 2024, the Shanghai team has built system capabilities from scratch within limited space.
Now, from a higher vantage point, we embark on a new phase of "deepening systems and advancing integration" with a more complete system and advanced facilities.

Dual-core Drive, North-South Synergy
Hengqin × Shanghai: Dual Engines for Integrated Innovation
Hengqin Advanced Technology Center × Shanghai Systems Engineering Center
In our national strategic layout, SKYLA has formed clear divisions of labor:

The two centers echo each other remotely, jointly building a solid foundation for the efficient development of SKYLA V30.
Three Floors of Labs, One Mission Tower
On the 10th floor, we have established the capability base for systems engineering.
The new office not only expands space but also establishes three specialized labs for the first time, comprehensively supporting the entire lifecycle development of eVTOL:
A high-fidelity visual simulation environment supports pilots in environmental testing, scenario reproduction, and human-machine interaction verification, making "virtual flight" closely mimic real skies.
Here we focus on whole-aircraft information architecture and intelligent collaboration, creating the world’s first open-architecture and software-defined eVTOL intelligent integration platform.

These three labs, like three pillars, collectively uphold SKYLA’s commitment to "safe, intelligent, and efficient complex systems".
On familiar ground,
Growing towards greater heights
Trust & Continuity, Elevated
Our original intention remains unchanged, and our mission grows stronger.
On the 5th floor, we conceived our initial ideas for SKYLA V30, served as our early window for external communications, and witnessed the growth of the Shanghai team from single digits to dozens.

Today, we move up to the 10th floor—
Open collaboration areas spark cross-disciplinary inspiration, Silent test rooms protect the rigor of every line of code, And that heart of "Future · Upward" remains constant.
Leap Center was once a source of pride for Shanghai's industry; Today, it is becoming a new fulcrum for low-altitude economy. SKYLA is honored to be on this fertile ground, Starting from the 5th floor, advancing to the 10th floor, heading towards the sky.

Mission
Shanghai Systems Engineering Center
With three core missions as anchors—
Leading the overall system integration of SKYLA V30 and promoting coordinated airworthiness engineering advancement across two locations;
Building an efficient collaborative engineering ecosystem oriented towards the Yangtze River Delta;
Through three labs—Flight Visual Simulation, Systems Integration, and IIS Intelligent Integration—the full-chain closed loop of "simulation-integration-validation" is comprehensively connected.
The center is committed to transforming complex systems into reliable, flyable, and mass-producible aviation products, providing solid support for eVTOL to transition from engineering drawings to safe operations.
