March 25, 2026 — The inaugural Yangtze River Delta Low-Altitude Industry, Technology & Finance Conference 2026, co-hosted with the “Electronics Manufacturing Empowering High-Quality Development of the Low-Altitude Economy” summit, was grandly held in Shanghai. Jointly initiated by government, industry, academia, research institutions, and financial entities across the Yangtze River Delta region, the conference focused on the emerging needs, opportunities, and challenges arising from the deep integration of the low-altitude economy and intelligent electronics manufacturing. Its goal is to establish a national demonstration hub for collaborative innovation in the low-altitude economy.
As a pioneer in intelligent low-altitude flight, Dr. Zheng Hongjiang, Chief Architect of SKYLA’s Intelligent Integration Platform, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech titled “Exploration and Insights into eVTOL Intelligent Integration Platforms.” During his presentation, he unveiled for the first time SKYLA’s self-developed IIS (Intelligent Integrated System)—the world’s first software-defined intelligent platform for eVTOLs—redefining the “digital foundation” of low-altitude aircraft.
