Recently, Blue Vector (the parent company of Skyla) successfully closed its Pre-A+ financing round, raising tens of millions of RMB. This round was led by HLC (Honghui Capital), with continued participation from existing investor HouXue Capital.

This marks the third consecutive funding round completed by the company within the past six months—strongly reflecting the capital market’s high confidence in Skyla’s technical capabilities, engineering execution, and commercial potential.

As a leading Chinese investment firm focused on long-term value creation in hard tech, HLC builds its investment strategy on deep expertise in core disciplines such as chemistry, biology, and electronic engineering. Through independent industry research and systematic post-investment support, HLC consistently backs technological innovation and industrial upgrading. Its investment in Skyla represents its first strategic entry into the intelligent aviation sector following thorough due diligence—and serves as a strong vote of confidence in Blue Vector’s founding team.

HouXue Capital, a top-tier investor in hard tech and frontier innovation, has long been deeply engaged in national strategic emerging industries—including aerospace, artificial intelligence, high-end manufacturing, and advanced materials. With profound industry insights and robust post-investment empowerment capabilities, HouXue has been a pioneer in AAM economy investments. As a returning investor participating in all three recent rounds, its continued backing further reaffirms its long-term conviction in Skyla’s core technology directions, including tilt-rotor configuration, software-defined aircraft architecture, and high-safety electric powertrain systems (“three-electric” systems).

Since its inception, Skyla has adhered to the SIENS aircraft design philosophy: Safe, Intelligent, Efficient, Noiseless, and Sustainable, with a sharp focus on overcoming critical eVTOL technical challenges. Most recently, the team successfully completed a full-envelope tilt-transition flight using the scaled-down validation aircraft of the SKYLA V30—seamlessly executing vertical takeoff, smooth rotor tilting, cruise flight, and safe landing. The entire flight was stable and fully controllable, with telemetry data fully aligned with design expectations. This milestone not only validates Skyla’s flight control algorithms and system integration capabilities but also solidifies the engineering foundation required for future airworthiness certification.

As China accelerates reforms in low-altitude airspace management, the eVTOL industry is entering a pivotal window for commercialization. Skyla will now steadily and rapidly advance the development of the full-scale S-V30 prototype, prepare for airworthiness certification, and build out its core supply chain—fully accelerating the transition from technical validation to industrial deployment.

Looking ahead, Skyla will remain true to its founding principles—“reverence for the sky, respect for engineering, and commitment to users”—and collaborate closely with strategic partners to co-create a new paradigm for low-altitude mobility that is safe, intelligent, and sustainable. The company aims to become a key global driver of intelligent low-altitude transportation.
