Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform computational analysis of aircraft flight performance and support systems engineers in trade-off studies and optimization during conceptual design.  
2. Develop mathematical models for aircraft flight dynamics, including building relevant simulation tool modules.  
3. Conduct computational analysis of aircraft controllability and stability, and evaluate open-loop flying qualities.  
4. Plan the aerodynamic validation aspects of flight testing, participate in flight test campaigns, and assist in processing and analyzing flight test data.  
5. Compile, organize, and author relevant technical documentation.  
6. Support the planning of mission profiles and contribute to the evaluation of overall technical proposals.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Aircraft Design, Guidance and Control, or related fields are preferred.  
2. At least 5 years of experience in aircraft conceptual/systems design, with hands-on involvement in the development of transport-category aircraft, general aviation fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, or multi-ton UAVs.  
3. Candidates with experience at aerospace research institutes or renowned domestic/international aviation companies are strongly preferred.  
4. Familiarity with flight dynamics modeling; knowledge of modern flight control techniques and parameter identification methods from flight data is a plus.  
5. Proficiency in scientific computing using Python and/or MATLAB.  
6. Understanding of multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO); foundational knowledge of design of experiments (DOE) and optimization algorithms; strong data analysis skills.  
7. Strong English reading comprehension skills.  
8. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, innovative mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
