Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the design of aircraft propulsion system architecture and support selection of propulsion components.
Identify and validate propulsion system requirements and functions.
Define functional, electrical, and mechanical interfaces for the propulsion system.
Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, analysis reports, and verification reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry; experience with mass-produced new energy vehicle (NEV) projects is preferred.
Hands-on experience integrating NEV “three-electric” systems (electric motor, battery, and electronic control); candidates with electrical and control integration experience are strongly preferred.
Strong English proficiency, with the ability to write technical reports in English.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, innovative thinking, and strong teamwork capabilities.
